Thank you for shopping at Country Girl Giftsok! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Physical Products(exclude stamping)
We accept returns and offer refunds on eligible physical items within 5 days of delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in the original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
To start a return:
Please email us at Brenda@countrygirlgiftsok.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Hand Stamped
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item(Based on information given), please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at Brenda@countrygirlgiftsok.com. Please include a photo and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, printables, and digital files, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files or believe there’s an issue with your download, please reach out to us at Brenda@countrygirlgiftsok.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
